This role serves as a key technical resource for both customers and internal teams by providing advanced troubleshooting, operational guidance, and product expertise. What You'll Do Provide advanced technical support for assigned product lines, including Central Station and Anesthesia systems Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking-related product issues for customers and field service teams Guide escalations through resolution while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach Evaluate and validate new hardware and software releases Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams to identify and resolve product concerns Create and review technical documentation, including technical bulletins, manuals, change requests, and customer issue documentation Support new product introductions and ongoing product improvement initiatives Provide occasional on-site support to customers and field service personnel as needed Document support activities and maintain timely reporting and case updates Assist with dispatch coordination and project scheduling related to support activities What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience preferred 5+ years of experience in biomedical technology, electrical engineering, computer systems, or a related technical field 3+ years of experience supporting medical equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within technical or healthcare environments Knowledge of computer-based systems, networking, and PC applications Familiarity with digital electronics and diagnostic/test equipment used in field service environments Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines Additional Information Hybrid role based in Mahwah, NJ Approximately 5% travel required Standard office and technical support environment with occasional on-site customer support responsibilities Mindray North America offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, disability coverage, FSA/HSA options, and more—all within a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative work environment.
