About the Role Are you passionate about solving tech puzzles and helping people? Join our dynamic IT team as a Technology Support Specialist! Whether you're just starting your career or bringing years of experience, we value your unique perspective and skills. What You'll Do Be the first line of support for tech issues—via phone, email, or in person Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network hiccups Set up and configure computers, mobile devices, and software Use remote tools to assist users across locations Keep detailed records in our ticketing system Apply updates, perform backups, and support IT maintenance Provide friendly, clear training to users Escalate complex issues when needed Adapt to evolving tech and team needs What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent 0-2 years of IT support experience (internships and school projects count!) Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common productivity tools Basic knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and printers Strong communication and a customer-first mindset Ability to explain tech in simple terms What We Offer We believe in supporting our team across all stages of life and career.
