The candidate will be joining a team of about 20 individuals supporting a user base of about 7,500 government employees. While onsite, they will also provide white glove support to 50 VIP level government employees. The successful candidate will have experience refreshing and deploying new equipment including desktops, laptops, headsets, monitors etc. Major responsibilities will also include troubleshooting hardware and software issues such as connectivity and imaging issues in a Windows environment. Requirements 2-5 years of experience Experience using ServiceNow as a ticketing system Moderate to advanced troubleshooting skills - working with hardware and software issues Experience providing both in person and over the phone support Experience imaging lap tops Familiarity with Active Directory Password resets and account management Experience supporting mobile devices Great customer service and professionalism
