Pay Range:
$55hr•$60hr Experience as ICM and ELT consultant in implementation, maintenance and development support and design projects. Support business queries and other adhoc reports or extract. Experience in Release management. Specifications, Test cases, build, test, production support and deployments. Needs to have experience in Application support of production systems based on ITIL methodology. Preferred skills Varicent professional to manage end-to-end production support, system stability, and continuous enhancements for Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions. Detailed Job Description Production Support & Operations. Responsible for managing prod support assessing for Varicent ICM applications. Monitor daily/monthly runs and ensure timely execution. Troubleshoot and resolve data, calculation, and payout issues. Ensure data integrity and reconciliation between source systems and Varicent outputs. Manage incident, problem, and change tickets (SLA-driven support). Support month end activities, lock/unlock cycles, and validations. Enhancements & Development. Design and implement enhancements in compensation plans, rules, and workflows. Improve system performance via model optimization and tuning. Participate in new feature development, releases, and deployments.
