Web Designer & Digital Coordinator

Build the digital home for a brand that is going somewhere. The Mrs. Christmas brand — a Christmas planning, baking, and lifestyle brand founded by Louisville creator Cindy May — is launching its full digital presence and we need the person who builds it and keeps it running. Your job is the website, the posting schedule, and the digital infrastructure that makes the brand look and function like a real brand online. The content comes from our content team — the recipes, the copy, the brand story. You handle the build and the organized daily execution that brings it all to life. This is an entry-level position. You do not need years of professional experience. You need a genuine web design skill, an organized mind, a familiarity with social media platforms, and the drive to keep a growing brand's digital presence clean, current, and consistent every week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

— Build and maintain IAmCindyMay.com — a content-rich website with recipe pages, blog posts, embedded video, and brand story. You bring it to launch and keep it current as the brand grows. — Upload and maintain the Shopify store — product information, descriptions, and photography following established templates. No prior Shopify experience required — it is a straightforward platform and we will walk you through it. — Upload and format recipe page content, blog posts, and brand copy as provided by the content team. — Post and schedule content across all social media platforms — TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Threads, Facebook, YouTube — following the weekly posting plan provided to you. — Maintain and update platform profiles — bios, links, and profile imagery — as the brand evolves. — Ensure the website and Shopify store are optimized for mobile, load quickly, and look right on every device. — Coordinate with our video editor on incoming asset delivery and file management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

— Website design and build experience — WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, or equivalent. You can build a clean, functional, brand-consistent site from scratch or bring an existing build across the finish line. — Familiarity with major social media platforms — TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube. You understand how content is formatted and posted on each platform. Personal account management or a school organization page counts — we are looking for genuine platform awareness, not a professional resume. — Detail-oriented and organized — the website, store, and posting schedule are always accurate, up to date, and on time. — A clean visual eye — you understand what a brand-consistent website looks and feels like. — Comfortable working from brand guidelines and content provided by others — you handle the technical and organizational execution. The words and assets come from the team. — A fast learner — new platforms and tools do not intimidate you.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

Flexible hours. In-person and remote hybrid based in Louisville, Kentucky. $20 to $23 per hour depending on experience. Entry-level position with room to grow as the brand and store grow. We need a portfolio. Show us a website you have actually built — not a mockup, not a class project presented as live work. If you have built something real and functional, we want to see it.
