Secret Senior IT Specialist

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Secret cleared Senior IT Specialist to support a federal client of ours onsite in Portsmouth, NH. This role will directly support the government customer with Network support, including switch configuration and turning ports on/off.

The day to day includes:

•  Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting
•  Diagnosing computer and laptop issues
•  Printer and related hardware resets
•  User account support
•  Diagnosing network issues
