JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Secret-cleared Senior IT Specialist to support a federal client of ours onsite in Newport, RI. This role will directly support the government customer with Network support, including switch configuration and turning ports on/off.The day-to-day includes:
- Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting
- Diagnosing computer and laptop issues
- Printer and related hardware resets
- User account support
- Diagnosing network issues
- Working through trouble tickets
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Active Secret clearance
- Security+ certification
- 3+ years of network support experience
- Ability to work onsite in the Newport, RI area
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- CCNA certification
