Security Clearance Required Secret Overview Job Description:
The Technical Support Analyst position is responsible for supporting the machine shop and detail planning. Methods is also responsible for creating machine shop routings and work methods within Teamcenter and EWP/ME. This individual must ensure the accuracy of all machine shop paperwork. This role will also support and assist in the Delivery Request process and manage emergent work for the Machine Shop and in conjunction with production planning.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Create and maintain all machine shop routings for Rev Control and current statuses Coordinate with production planning in managing machine capacity Coordinate with programming to make sure all the manufacturing methods are done efficiently Ability to support varying tasks and projects based on supervisory direction Be able to read, interpret and understand technical drawings and geometric dimensions and tolerance callouts Be able to research Mil-Spec standards, SP and SSP for the shop Be able to work in a fast-paced production environment
Qualifications Education/ Experience:
High School / Technical School Graduate Machine Shop Experience Ability to read blueprints and drawings Strong computer skills; Excel Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb in enclosed machines
Preferred Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of GD&T Understand LEAN manufacturing Competency in EWP and Applecore CAD Experience
Production Planning Experience Skills Skills:
