Responsibilities for an IT Support Specialist include but are not limited to: Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting to field technicians, vendors, and contractors during technology rollouts and hardware installations Handle inbound and outbound calls through a structured call queue system supporting multiple IT deployment projects Perform issue tracking, system updates, and validation checks using designated tracking applications Document andmunicate updates via email, Microsoft Excel, and internal systems when not actively handling calls Support multiple concurrent IT rollout projects across different store locations and time zones Ensurepliance with implementation protocols, escalation procedures, and project requirements Candidates for IT Support Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT support, help desk, technical support, or call center environment High School Diploma or GED required Knowledge of troubleshooting, problem-solving, and IT hardware support Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Flexibility to work shifting schedules (8 AM-8 PM window, including evenings as needed) based on project demands What's in this IT Support Specialist position for you?

Shift:

Pay Details:
