Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Technician to join our IT support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues, providing prompt and effective assistance across a broad range of hardware, software, and network-related concerns. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure to ensure seamless technology operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining high levels of user satisfaction and operational efficiency within a dynamic organization. Responsibilities We are currently looking for top talent to fill our role of IT Helpdesk Analyst. A detail-orientated individual with strong problem-solving skills and high communication skills will thrive in this role. You will be responsible for supporting internal staff, clients, and our partners.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Provide Help Desk support to internal staff, clients, and partners through troubleshooting in person, on the phone, or remotely Provide customer service by supporting enterprise PC, VoIP, and mobile devices Champions IT policies and best practices Configures user accounts through active directory and other proprietary systems Provisioning, installing, and supporting infrastructure such as switches, firewalls, access points, PCs, printers, and scanners Analyzing and monitoring systems and reports Participates in other duties as assigned
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
Minimum of 2 years of IT experience Degree or higher in CS, IST, related field, or equivalent experience Excellent problem-solving skills Strong customer service skills and sense of urgency with a service-oriented focus Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills including active listening Service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns. Excellent organizational skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Pay:
$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
