Clear path to grow into advanced technical or engineering roles. Compensation $55,000 - $65,000 What You'll Be Doing Own and resolve escalated support tickets from start to finish. Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows systems, and network issues. Manage the ticket lifecycle with clear documentation and timely updates. Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams to ensure efficient resolutions. Support multiple client environments with varying technical needs. Identify recurring issues and contribute to long-term solutions. Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction. What You'll Need to be Considered Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple support tickets. Experience working in an MSP or multi-client support environment. Strong ownership mindset, with a proactive problem-solving approach. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-volume support settings. Familiarity with healthcare or dental IT environments is a plus. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass anMVR. ITAC
