Job Description

SYSTEMTEC
is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst for a on-site opportunity in Florence, SC . Candidate will provide onsite technical support for end users and enterprise workstation environments, focusing on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role ensures reliable daily operation of desktop systems while supporting users in a structured enterprise IT environment. Required Qualifications of the
Workstation Support Analyst:
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies. Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical operations, service desk, or IT support roles Experience providing desktop or workstation support in an enterprise or corporate environment Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard IT support tools Basic understanding of networking concepts including connectivity troubleshooting Experience supporting Active Directory or domain-based environments Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation Ability to work fully onsite in a structured technical support environment Preferred Skills/Experience of the
Workstation Support Analyst:
CompTIA A+ certification CompTIA Network+ certification Experience supporting VPN connectivity and remote access tools Familiarity with
DHCP, DNS, IP
addressing, and basic networking concepts Exposure to enterprise workstation management tools and IT service management platforms Responsibilities of the
Workstation Support Analyst:
Provide onsite workstation and desktop support for end users Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues Support Windows-based enterprise workstation environments Assist with Active Directory user account and access support Diagnose and resolve VPN and network connectivity problems Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions while collaborating with IT teams
