IT Specialist

Salary:

What your future day will look like: Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for both in-office and remote users. Provide hands-on and remote technical support, including resolving malware infections, fixing printing problems, and assisting with Office 365 and Azure-related issues. Set up and deploy new computers, ensuring all required software is properly installed, and configure user accounts with appropriate permissions. Support daily operations by helping employees with conference room technology and ensuring systems run smoothly throughout the day. Follow and enforce company IT policies and best practices while documenting solutions and updates in the ticket tracking system to maintain efficient service.
