Job Description
Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systemsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, printers, and network connectivitySet up and configure user accounts, email, and access permissionsSupport Windows-based systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and endpoint devicesDocument incidents, resolutions, and escalate more complex issues to higher-level support teamsAssist with onboarding/offboarding by provisioning equipment and system accessMaintain accurate records of IT assets and support activitiesDeliver excellent customer service and communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical usersFollow standard IT procedures and contribute to knowledge base documentation
