Job Description

ROLE Provides IT support services to staff and clients. Keeps the network computing systems operating efficiently and assures that computing standards are implemented and enforced. Troubleshoots and resolves system problems, and assists with project management research, implementation, and system administrative duties.
DESCRIPTION
Respond to internal inquiries and develops solutions for component failures and complex technical problems in all of these areas to deliver a sound and stable computing infrastructure; providing exceptional support while demonstrating a sense of priorities. Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot PCs, servers, and all other computer related systems, devices, and equipment. Maintain documented resolutions and operating procedures. Serves as a backup to the Systems Administrator, to include assisting with the timely completion of DP reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly, annually). DP core maintenance and logging of changes, rate and parameter changes and preparing customized reports as needed. Act as a liaison with managed IT service provider for escalated IT help desk ticket needs. Maintain user accounts on networks and applications. Make certain proper permissions are established within applications and in the network operating systems. Assists with various IT projects as assigned. Monitor to insure servers are functioning properly and efficiently. Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
Six months or more of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES A
2-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school requiring approximately 64 credit hours
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS A
significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.
