Monday•Friday 8:00am•4:30pm Chord Specialty Dental Partners, a leading provider of pediatric and orthodontic dental care, has a full-time career opportunity available for an IT Support Specialist! As an IT Support Specialist, you'll play a a crucial role in supporting IT operations throughout our Home Support Office and Dental Offices. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless technology integration. Provide general IT support to employees working in corporate office and in clinics Assisting in routine IT scheduled tasks Documentation of the IT environment and various operational processes Maintaining IT Equipment Inventory including scheduling repairs, tracking devices, and ensuring sufficient supply Employee onboarding / off-boarding utilizing central management platforms to plan for equipment repair and refresh Assisting IT management with ongoing projects and maintenance needs Oversee and participate in the setup of new locations Be diligent in protecting PHI as it relates to HIPAA Standards in IT Interfacing directly with the end-users for training, support, and guidance in all things IT Support RingCentral telephone system.
