Stay informed about relevant technologies to effectively assist users and enhance their experience. Skills Proven experience in desktop support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels. Ability to learn and apply technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to multitask effectively. Preferred Skills Familiarity with remote desktop assistance tools and service management software. Experience with automation and scripting to streamline support processes. Knowledge of tools such as SCCM, JamF, and collaboration platforms like Zoom and MS Teams.
