We are seeking talented individuals to deliver exceptional technology support to employees across various settings. Our team works in a dynamic environment where swift and effective troubleshooting is vital to enable seamless work productivity for the organization.Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding technology support by listening to user issues, soliciting feedback, and resolving device hardware and application-related concerns. Diagnose, research, resolve, or escalate technical issues across multiple service channels using standard tools and documented processes. Deliver a positive customer experience both in person and virtually to ensure consistency in service quality and customer satisfaction. Apply knowledge of relevant technologies and application products in a customer-focused technology support environment.Required:
4-5 years of in-depth experience troubleshooting workstations and server hardware devices. Familiarity with remote desktop assistance tools such as Nextthink. Experience with automation and scripting, Service Now, SCCM, JamF, Zoom, MS Teams, and Slack. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization.About SSI People:
