Job Description:

Our client, a leader in the oil and gas industry, is actively hiring a Field Technician to join their team based out of Knoxville, TN! This role will be on-site and require up to 80% travel, both by car and flight. •This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits offered and travel reimbursed!• In this role, you will be responsible for providing hardware and software support to their corporate offices and site locations . You will travel to various locations to perform installations and provide support for business requirements as needed.

Responsibilities:

Provide support, installation, and removal of equipment related to network infrastructure, registers, low voltage cabling, shower systems, PCs, printers, etc. Perform site surveys for new acquisitions, constructions, and remodels Project manage and oversee all aspects of related IT projects for conversions and remodels Respond to incident tickets for end-user-related support issues Provide training, guidance, and support for lower-level technicians to follow

Skills:

3-5 years of field support experience Experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments Prior experience with ServiceNow Customer service experience working in a field capacity Valid driver's license and ability to travel by plane and car as needed Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
