Job Description

Knoxville, TN | IT Engineer | Full-time (On-site) We're actively recruiting an IT Engineer for our client in Knoxville, TN . This is a direct-hire opportunity supporting a multi-client/MSP-style environment . The right person is a true IT generalist with strong networking fundamentals (Cisco Meraki preferred) and solid Windows/Microsoft infrastructure experience, comfortable owning escalations and jumping between priorities. What You'll Do Provide escalated IT support across multiple client environments Troubleshoot network issues ( LAN/WAN, security, connectivity ) Handle systems administration work ( Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows servers ) Participate in project work (migrations, onboarding, implementations) Work independently onsite with clients while partnering with other engineers Document work and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders Required Qualifications 3+ years in IT support / systems / network support (IT Engineer / Project Engineer background fits well) Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment strongly preferred Strong networking fundamentals (Meraki a plus) Well-rounded infrastructure experience across Windows/Microsoft tools Proven ability to context switch and manage multiple priorities Strong customer-facing communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
