Full Job Description Description:
Kelsan is currently looking for an IT Support Administrator to join our Knoxville team! The IT Support Administrator will be responsible for a variety of application, desktop, and networking support. Good communication, follow-through, problem ownership, and thorough documentation are a must. The ideal candidate will possess an excellent combination of customer service and technical skills. They will also have the willingness to follow procedures when they exist, and the initiative to create them when they don't.
IT Support Administrator Responsibilities:

Ownership of IT support ticketing system including the following: Ensuring ALL tickets have a timely response Performing basic troubleshooting before assigning to next tier Documenting issues and changes as necessary Following up on issues as needed Perform troubleshooting on all end-user related items including Basic networking, Office products, general computer issues, company software, printers, RF guns, cell phones, etc. Maintain user accounts in Active Directory with a high level of accuracy Ensure ALL hardware assets are properly tracked and documented including Computers, Cell Phones, RF Guns, Printers, and other hardware as needed Perform new user setup including user accounts, computers, cell phones, etc Upkeep RMM licensing including adding or removing computers as necessary Update and maintain MDT Travel to branch locations as needed Maintain and upkeep MDM Update and maintain all documentation and processes for the IT Support Administrator roll. Recommend procedure modifications and improvements

Must be detail oriented with strong troubleshooting skills Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt Maintain a philosophy of always learning and always improving Manage systems and data access by the Principle of Least Privilege Familiarity and experience with the following technologies preferred: Windows Server Administration Network switches and firewalls IT Security Best Practices including PCI Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS Office 365 Administration MS Exchange PowerShell Printer Maintenance and Troubleshooting VPN VoIP Phone Systems
