IT Support Specialist

• This job is on-site in Loudon, TN
• The IT Support Specialist is a hands-on role responsible for providing end-user, application, and on-site support for PC, server, and network infrastructure.

This role should provide prompt and friendly support, both in-person and using remote toolsets. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of IT systems, to include manufacturing equipment as well as implemented applications, is key to success. This person will focus on the following cleanup projects:

• Asset tagging devices and renaming them
• Windows 10 to Windows 11 in place upgrades
• Manual Intune enrollments
• Security tool installations (agents)
• Entering and validating asset management info Essential Duties and Responsibilities of this team: Support end-users with IT-related issues in a responsive and service-oriented manner Troubleshooting of servers, PCs, phones, wireless, networking, and applications User provisioning and deprovisioning for new hires, transfers, and terminations Use of monitoring toolsets to ensure availability of systems and resources Management and organization of IT inventory and assets Utilization of ticketing system to track and document support requests, gather information for escalations Create and update documentation Assist in hardware/software setup Travel to multiple sites locally (frequent) and out of state (rarely) Skills Support, Troubleshooting, Customer service, Windows 10, Active directory, Windows, office 365, imaging, Technical support, Help desk support, help desk, service desk, application support Additional Skills & Qualifications 3+ years supporting Windows 10 Windows 11 experience preferred 3+ years' experience with Active Directory/Azure AD 3+ years' experience with Office 365 (products and admin portal) 2+ years installing, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining client hardware (desktops/laptops), servers (physical and virtual), printers, switches, and VoIP Familiarity with MDM solutions Prior IT Support experience required JIRA/Atlassian product suite experience preferred Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Loudon, TN.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00

• $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
