Job Description
Robert Half Talent Solutions, Technology Divison is partnering with a well-established Memphis-based organization to add an IT Support Analyst to their team. This role is 100% onsite and offers a contract-to-hire path for the right person.
What You'll Be DoingProvide day-to-day support for end users across hardware, software, and network issuesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, applications, and connectivitySupport Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365)Assist with user account management (Active Directory)Perform software installations, updates, and equipment setupDocument all work and resolutions in the ticketing systemPartner with internal teams to support IT initiatives and system improvementsAssist with inventory tracking and hardware lifecycle management
