Full Job Description Now Hiring:

IT Support Specialist (On-Site - Memphis, TN) We're looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to join a growing team in Memphis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to problem solver and working directly with end users in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for technical support (in-person, phone, email) Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues Install, configure, and upgrade systems (Windows 11 environment) Support desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking Provide clear communication and timely issue resolution

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of IT support or technical support experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS & Microsoft Office Solid hardware troubleshooting skills Basic understanding of wired/wireless networking Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Strong communication and customer service mindset

Additional Info:

Light exposure to AS400 (training provided) Some light travel may be required Ability to lift up to ~40 lbs
