As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees and clients Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure Provide technical support for telecommunication systems, including VoIP phones and video conferencing Develop and maintain IT documentation and procedures Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning Assist with onboarding and training of new employees on IT systems and processes Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies Adhere to company security policies and procedures to ensure data protection and system integrity Provide exceptional customer service and support to all employees and clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and other business applications Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills
