Primary Duties:
End user device configuration and support. Software distribution. Collaboration support - M365 Smart hands - work with remote team members to connect, restart, configure local devices. VIP deskside support. Audio/Visual systems support Printer support Other Potential Duties Web site administration (Word press)
Education:
_Bachelors of Information Systems_ _3+ years experience working as a systems administrator supporting end users_
Certifications:
End user device and network support (e.g., CompTIA A+ Network) Microsoft 365 Email Security Other network (e.g., Fortinet)
