Job Description
Join TMG Global as a Contract Desktop Technician and play a critical role in delivering high-impact IT infrastructure projects. This onsite position offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you will support enterprise-level deployments, assist with network hardware installations, and provide end-user technical support. In this role, you will collaborate directly with project managers, network engineers, and field technicians to execute device deployments, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support IT refresh initiatives. 3 techniciansWHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Contract Technician, you will be responsible for executing deployment and infrastructure tasks, including: Perform network switch installations and replacements Execute cable labeling and organization Insert and configure network optics Connect and route cables according to project specifications Support desktop/laptop deployment, imaging, and configuration Assist with hardware troubleshooting and technical support Maintain accurate deployment tracking and asset documentation Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on project execution Follow safety protocols, including working on lifts when requiredREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
3-5+ years of experience in: Desktop support / IT support Network deployments or infrastructure projects Hardware troubleshooting and installations Strong knowledge of: Windows OS and device configuration Networking fundamentals (switches, cabling, optics) Low-voltage systems Experience with: Cable management and labeling standards IT asset tracking and documentation Comfortable working in warehouse or industrial environments Must be comfortable working on a lift with team members Strong communication and problem-solving skillsTOOLS & EQUIPMENT

All contractors are required to utilize TMG Global's geo-tracking timekeeping system to clock in and clock out for each shift .
