Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide technical support to end users in person, via phone, and electronically. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application issues. Research and troubleshoot technical inquiries using available resources. Clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users. Administer and support a variety of applications and systems. Monitor, track, and document issues, incidents, and resolutions. Identify, escalate, and prioritize urgent issues as necessary. Assist team members within areas of specialization and share knowledge. Communicate key updates, challenges, and resolutions with the team. Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule. Support continuous process improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 2 years of customer service or technical support experience.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
