Job Summary:
The IT Support Analyst provides support to business users in their use of IT equipment, networks, software, and systems to perform work responsibilities. The analyst provides hands-on and remote assistance with end-user devices, printers, networking equipment, Microsoft 365, and other software and business systems. The IT Support Analyst is primarily responsible for working with leadership and end users to meet/exceed business objectives. They may also provide general training for applications and hardware as well. The analyst acts professionally while working. Job Responsibilities and Duties Takes direction/supervision from management Responds to client inquiries Provides technical support to users Configures and supports hardware, software, and networks Assists in procuring new equipment and disposing of old equipment as needed/directed Travels to other locations as needed/directed Requirements Prior experience in IT, IT support, or related field In-depth knowledge of IT hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in computer and mobile device operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, iPadOS, iOS, Android Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities Strong problem-solving and people skills Certifications in IT training are preferred Bachelor's degree in computer science or MIS is preferred This role is mostly remote with travel to GBE sites as needed Candidates must reside in the state of Tennessee Work Conditions Sitting for extended periods of time Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate computers, peripherals, tools, and other equipment Lifting and transporting moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals Performing work in noisy, tight, and sometimes warm environments Performing work remotely when needed Performing work after standard business hours when needed Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Ongoing professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of individuals and families GBE Alliance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
