Job Overview:
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network related issues Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and equipment Monitor system performance and identify potential issues Assist with the implementation of new technology and systems Train employees on proper use of technology and systems Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and supplies Collaborate with IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures Keep up to date with new technology and industry developments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 2+ years of experience in a technical support role Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems Why Work for
