Service Desk Personnel Tech Observer - 4.2 Nashville, TN Job Details Contract $25 - $27 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications In-person customer service Remote access software Customer support ticket management Collaborative technology platforms ServiceNow Webex Identity and access management (IAM) solutions Desktop administration Ticketing system technical support Mobile devices Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user accounts, and support mobile devices, printers, and network connectivity. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience in a Help Desk or Desktop Support environment. Key Responsibilities Provide Help Desk and technical support via phone, remote tools, and in-person assistance. Manage user accounts in Active Directory (password resets, account unlocks, user administration). Troubleshoot printers, print queues, hardware, software, and application issues. Support and deploy iPhones/iPads and assist with device setup and restoration. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including VPN, Wi-Fi, and LTE. Support video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx. Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management and issue resolution. Provide remote support using Teams, WebEx, MSRA, and RDP. Requirements Experience in IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or Technical Support. Knowledge of Active Directory, ServiceNow, and remote support tools. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Ability to handle up to 30 support calls per day. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
