Job Description

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Workstation Support Analyst to provide desktop support, workstation administration, and end-user technical assistance in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is responsible for supporting hardware, software, imaging, and ticket resolution while ensuring users receive timely and effective technical support.
Location:
Onsite - Nashville, TN What You''ll Do
  • Configure, install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users for workstation and application issues
  • Monitor and manage support tickets through the dispatch system
  • Support workstation imaging, software deployments, and application packaging activities
  • Maintain security configurations and ensure compliance with established standards
  • Document solutions, configurations, and support procedures
  • Assist with hardware inventory management, asset tracking, and equipment replacement
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve escalated issues and improve support processes
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and workstation support best practices What You''ll Need
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Technical support or desktop support experience
  • Experience supporting Windows workstations, desktop applications, and end-user computing environments
  • Understanding of operating system imaging concepts and deployment processes
  • Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and user training when needed
  • Familiarity with workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices Preferred Qualifications
  • A+ Certification
  • ServiceNow experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise desktop environments
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and general networking concepts
  • Experience supporting overall IT infrastructure operations
