JOB SUMMARY
Technical Support Specialist I is to oversee and maintain computer hardware and software systems. Specialist aid in resolving technical issues concerning client's daily operation or software infrastructure. A Technical Support Specialist I will also support computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education High School or Equivalent. Minimum Work Experience No previous experience Required Licenses/Certifications Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities Written and oral communication skills Ability to use critical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks Ability to work successfully in a team environment Occasional night; weekend; and holiday work Occasional off-campus and overnight travel for site visits and training Customer service or helpdesk experience helpful Familiar with Microsoft Office products including Excel; Word; and PowerPoint Perform minor maintenance and repair to Information Technology Services equipment Replace cartridges; paper and other consumables as needed on printers Provide troubleshooting solutions for computer or operating system issues that affect daily activities Install; monitor; and uninstall PCs/Printers/Scanners/Mobile/Peripherals/etc Hospital rounding Media support Work request Reporting Designated Driver Yes Save job Apply now
