MEDICAL CENTER
SS Information Systems Full Time Day Shift Mon- Fri 8am - 4:30pm
JOB SUMMARY
Technical Support Specialist I is to oversee and maintain computer hardware and software systems. Specialist aid in resolving technical issues concerning client's daily operation or software infrastructure. A Technical Support Specialist I will also support computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education High School or Equivalent. Minimum Work Experience No previous experience Required Licenses/Certifications Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Written and oral communication skills Ability to use critical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks Ability to work successfully in a team environment Occasional night, weekend, and holiday work Occasional off-campus and overnight travel for site visits and training Customer service or helpdesk experience helpful Familiar with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Perform minor maintenance and repair to Information Technology Services equipment Replace cartridges, paper and other consumables as needed on printers Provide troubleshooting solutions for computer or operating system issues that affect daily activities Install, monitor, and uninstall PCs/Printers/Scanners/Mobile/Peripherals/etc Hospital rounding Media support Work request Reporting Designated Driver Yes
