Job Description

Apollo Technical has an immediate opening for a Microvellum Programmer to join a premier custom cabinetry and architectural millwork leader in Alvin, TX!
Position Overview:
A leading millwork manufacturer is looking for a skilled Microvellum Programmer to bridge the gap between design intent and manufacturing. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing parametric products and creating CNC-ready drawings for high-end custom cabinetry and millwork projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Programming:
Program and customize Microvellum products, libraries, and sub-assembly reports to meet project specifications.
Shop Drawings:
Update and refine shop drawings as necessary to ensure they are 100% accurate to the programming and CNC output.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Project Management team to translate architectural designs into efficient, manufacture-ready data.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve programming glitches or production issues encountered on the shop floor.
Standards Maintenance:
Maintain and update hardware, material, and construction standards within the Microvellum library.
Required Qualifications:
Strong, hands-on experience with Microvellum software is required. Solid understanding of cabinetry/millwork construction techniques and how they translate to CNC processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD (as it relates to the Microvellum environment). Exceptional attention to detail to ensure CNC-ready drawings are error-free. Ability to work fully onsite at the Alvin, TX facility.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with parametric product design and custom library management. Previous background in high-end architectural millwork or commercial cabinetry production. Ability to work independently and meet tight production deadlines. Email your resume to JYOO@ApolloTechnical.com
