Job Description
Cognizant is seeking Desktop Support Tech for a full-time opportunity in Austin, TX. This is an onsite role, and the candidates must work from the office in Austin. Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the US. Cognizant will not be able to offer visa sponsorship now or anytime in the future.
Responsibilities:
Diagnosing and resolving desktop/laptop hardware and software issues, both remotely and in person, through various methods like phone, chat, web tickets or in-person assistance. Mobile device management. Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. Walk the customer through the problem-solving process. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel. Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
Qualifications:
Two plus years of experience with Windows and Mac OS support. 1 to 3 years of experience with Mobile Device Management. Experience working with ticketing tools. Applications will be accepted till 6/28/2026.
