Position Scope:
Provide M&A integration and support efforts. 60% - for the Acquired company Desk-side / end-user support. Resource is the onsite hands for Day 0/Day 1 support and cleanup.
Includes:
Get up to speed on customers current process/environment Post-cutover tasks: re-IP printers, update machines, fix what breaks after the cutover Light validation: does it open / can they log in (not deep testing) Day 1 end-user support Will need credentials (passwords, local admin, etc.) to actually be effective 40% - for the Corporate Team (cutover support) Support customers corporate network cutovers, including physical work like: Rack/stack switches Onsite cutover execution support alongside the network team and PM Must Have Skills Possess strong desktop support skills (like changing IPs, managing printers and drivers), and be teachable enough to handle physical racking and stacking of networking gear.
