Bonus Potential Summary/Objective The Desktop Support Technician I is responsible for configuring, installing and maintaining PC hardware, software, etc for all clients at all hospital locations. This non-clinical position requires skills and experience in computer troubleshooting and repairs. The Desktop Support Technician I must support the mission of providing Sacred Work to all who enter the doors of Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. Essential Job Duties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Provide level 2 technical support to users Track orders and escalate issues to other IT teams as required. Provide excellent customer service. Install, setup, move, maintain end user equipment including printers, workstations, mobile devices, etc. Analyze and troubleshoot all system failures to component level if necessary and rapidly initiating repairs. Support IT and Hospital projects as a resource and technical guidance. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience Required License/Certifications N/A
