Technical Support Specialist.

Position Summary:

RICHARD is seeking a self-motivated, conscientious individual with 5+ years of experience for immediate full-time employment opportunities as I.T. Technical Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Responding to help desk tickets and resolving issues in a timely manner Configure and deploy new computers and laptops for new employees Issue replacement computers for existing users as needed. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues Performing routine maintenance and system upgrades Setting up user accounts, passwords, and permissions Training users on basic software and hardware usage

Job Requirements:

General Desktop Support Problem-solving Communication skills Knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, and networking Familiarity with cybersecurity practices Customer service experience Hardware & Software installation, configuration & troubleshooting Active Directory Management MS Exchange Admin and Support Attention to detail

Work Environment:

This position will be primarily performed from RICHARD's home office located in Beaumont, TX, but may require travel to project sites, when required. Field site visits may be required periodically.
