Help Desk Technician I:

Help Desk Technician I:
Resolve high-volume, basic IT issues for internal employees and Managed Services clients quickly and accurately Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and ticket activity to ensure reliable records and visibility across the IT team Support the Help Desk team in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations Ensure consistent adherence to IT support procedures and compliance standards Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure resolution without disruption Who we are: Haynie & Company has grown from a single office to 13 locations in 5 states with more than 400 team members.
