This role combines social media marketing, website management, partnership coordination, and front office responsibilities. Position Summary The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will manage our social media presence, support marketing campaigns, maintain website content, coordinate partner brand promotions, and assist with front desk operations. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and interacting with customers and team members in a professional office environment. Responsibilities
  • Social Media & Marketing Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms Develop engaging social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement Monitor social media messages, comments, and reviews Track social media performance and provide monthly reports Assist with email marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Website & Digital Content Update website content, promotions, photos, and landing pages Coordinate links between social media channels and website campaigns Ensure website information remains current and accurate Support SEO and online marketing initiatives
  • Brand Partnerships Coordinate marketing efforts with partner brands and vendors Promote partner products and services through social media and website channels Manage co-branded campaigns and promotional opportunities Build and maintain positive relationships with marketing partners
  • Front Desk & Office Support Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service Answer phones and direct inquiries Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks Support daily office operations as needed Qualifications Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok business accounts Basic website editing experience (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, or similar platforms) Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable interacting with customers and business partners Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred Photography, video editing, and content creation experience is a plus
