Job Description

Endpoint Support Specialist IRole Overview The Endpoint Support Specialist I is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for end-user devices across the organization, ensuring reliable performance of critical workplace technology. This role supports the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of endpoint infrastructure across corporate offices and branch locations. Key Responsibilities Provide break/fix technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers to ensure optimal performance and minimal disruption to end users. Install, configure, and deploy new and updated end-user devices, including computers and branch network hardware, to maintain current technology standards and support lifecycle refresh initiatives. Support endpoint infrastructure across branch locations, ensuring devices are properly configured, updated, and aligned with organizational technology standards. Train and assist end users on hardware, software, and enterprise applications to improve productivity and user adoption. Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service while maintaining professionalism and adherence to organizational values of Integrity, Caring, and Excellence. Document issues, resolutions, and support activities accurately within ticketing systems while following established escalation and support procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Endpoint Support role. Strong understanding of desktop operating systems (Windows), mobile devices, printers, and print server environments. Experience supporting end users in an enterprise or corporate IT environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general enterprise software tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently in a fast-paced support environment.
Pay:
$25.85 - $33.00 per hour
