Job Description:

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented IT Field Technician to join our team on second shift. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing, imaging, configuring, and deploying computer hardware to support end users and business operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on PC experience who enjoys working with technology and takes pride in delivering quality equipment ready for deployment. What You'll Do Image and configure desktop and laptop computers using standard deployment tools and processes Install operating systems, software applications, updates, and security patches Verify system functionality and perform quality assurance testing before deployment Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues during the imaging process Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware and equipment Label, package, and prepare devices for deployment to end users Assist with hardware upgrades, replacements, and equipment refresh projects Follow established procedures to ensure consistency and security standards are met Document completed work and update tracking systems as required What We're Looking For Experience imaging, configuring, or deploying computers in a corporate or technical environment Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and PC hardware Familiarity with imaging tools such as SCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot, or similar technologies is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed Preferred Qualifications Previous IT support, desktop support, deployment, or field technician experience CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical knowledge Experience working in a high-volume deployment or staging environment Why Join Us?
