Our team of expert providers and staff work closely with patients and referring physicians to diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological disorders, ensuring compassionate and personalized care. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic IT Support & Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. This energetic role is vital in supporting our office operations and delivering outstanding IT support to staff. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, manage office systems, and ensure seamless daily operations, fostering a productive and efficient work environment. Duties Helpdesk & Technology Support (First-Line Ownership) Serve as the primary intake point for all helpdesk tickets. Monitor incoming requests and take ownership of tickets from intake through resolution. Prioritize and resolve issues at first contact whenever possible. Escalate or engage external vendors only when resolution requires specialized expertise or access. Maintain accurate documentation and status updates within the helpdesk system Support areas include, but are not limited to: User account access and password resets Software issues, installations, updates, and configuration Email and communication platform issues iPad, laptop, desktop, and mobile device support Monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, scanners, and fax machines Phone systems (desk phones and softphones) Webcam and audio/video conferencing equipment Network and internet connectivity issues General hardware, device, and office technology support Facility Support & Coordination Respond to and manage facility-related service requests. Create, coordinate, and track service calls with external vendors. Communicate with vendors and coordinate onsite visits as needed. Assist with maintenance, repair, and operational needs affecting the workplace. Support areas include, but are not limited to: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator systems Water leaks, building maintenance, and general repairs Doors, locks, keys, and access control systems Alarm systems and security systems Surveillance cameras and monitoring systems Pest control and janitorial services Office furniture assembly, relocation, and workspace setup Appliance maintenance and general facility equipment support Qualifications Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles with strong troubleshooting skills. Supporting and optimizing eClinicalWorks (eCW) and its features Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, LAN/WAN configurations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems including Windows and macOS. Experience with computer hardware maintenance and management of mobile devices. Ability to use IT management tools like SCCM, GPO, Active Directory for issue resolution and system administration. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff. Analysis skills to identify root causes of technical issues quickly and effectively.
