Job Description
Description We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to provide daily onsite IT support for the Dallas office and remote US employees. You will also assist with infrastructure and cloud-related operations but the main function of this role is IT support. Key Responsibilities Provide Desktop Support for end users, including hardware/software troubleshooting and user assistance Handle Network Support activities within the office environment and for remote employees, including connectivity troubleshooting, device setup, and coordination with vendors when required Support day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure Assist with Azure Cloud operations and DevOps-related activities where applicable Support CI/CD pipelines, basic cloud administration, monitoring, and system maintenance activities Coordinate with internal IT teams for escalations and ongoing infrastructure improvements Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with company IT policies
