Full‑time Are you an experienced technician who enjoys diagnosing problems and helping others solve difficult repairs? Denago Powersports is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support our nationwide dealer network. This role is ideal for an experienced powersports, automotive, EV, or small-engine technician who wants to stay technical while transitioning out of daily shop work. You'll work directly with dealer technicians to diagnose issues, identify repair solutions, assist with warranty questions, and help keep customers back on the trails. What You'll Do Provide real‑time phone support to authorized dealers Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic issues Assist with warranty questions, repair procedures, and parts identification Document all support cases in the CRM system Stay current on product updates, service bulletins, and new models What We're Looking For Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience Powersports, motorcycle, ATV/UTV, EV, automotive, marine, or small-engine background Ability to read wiring diagrams and diagnose systems logically Strong communication skills, working directly with technicians Why Join Us Annual earning potential $50,000 - $65,000+ with overtime Training provided on all products and systems Opportunities for growth within a fast‑growing powersports company Stable hourly compensation with overtime opportunities Stay technical without the physical wear and tear of daily shop work Work directly with dealer technicians nationwide
