Applicants must live in the Dallas, TX area and have reliable transportation for travel between home, the office, and client sites as needed. What You'll Be Doing
  • Be the first line of support for clients by phone, email, and remote tools in a fast-paced, multi-client MSP environment.
  • Troubleshoot real-world technical issues across customer networks, equipment, and services.
  • Own support tickets from intake through resolution using RMM and PSA systems while meeting SLA expectations.
  • Create a great client experience through clear communication, follow-through, and professional service.
  • Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions so the team can keep improving.
  • Follow documented SOPs while also bringing ideas that help improve processes and efficiency.
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding tasks with accuracy and consistency.
  • Partners with teammates, customers, and vendors to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Jump in where needed and take on additional tasks assigned by your manager. Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ year of IT support experience in a Managed Service Provider environment is required.
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Basic operating system knowledge, including Windows and macOS.
  • Basic understanding of email platforms, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong customer service mindset and a desire to help people.
  • Clear, confident communication skills.
  • Ability to read and write technical documentation and follow checklists.
  • Team-first attitude with a passion for solving problems.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with others, and keep moving toward results.
  • Motivation to keep learning and growing your technical skill set.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and flexible.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, and walk frequently throughout the day.
  • Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Managed Service Provider experience.
  • Personal interest in IT, technology, or troubleshooting outside of work.
  • Experience with ConnectWise, Automate, Ninja One, and other MSP tools.
  • Industry certifications, such as Microsoft or CompTIA certifications.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows products in a business environment.
  • Experience supporting Apple products in a business environment.
