Deliver high-quality technical support for Hitachi VRF systems via phone, email, and remote diagnosticsTroubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide effective solutions to customers and field techniciansAnalyze system performance data and recommend improvements for energy efficiency and system longevityCreate and maintain detailed technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and best practicesCollaborate with the engineering team to address recurring issues and contribute to product improvementsStay up-to-date with the latest developments in VRF technology and HVAC industry trendsAssist in the development of technical content for customer-facing materials and knowledge basesParticipate in on-call rotations to provide support for critical customer issuesQualifications5+ years of experience in HVAC technical support, with a strong preference for VRF system experienceIn-depth knowledge of Hitachi VRF systems and their componentsEPA certification required; Hitachi VRF certification strongly preferredExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detailProficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and softwareStrong technical writing skills for creating clear and concise documentationExceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with building automation and controls systemsKnowledge of energy efficiency principles in HVAC applicationsWillingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations as neededAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans
