This domain encompasses all productivity tool capabilities as well as end-user devices. This includes all telephony functions (Unified Communications), Audio Visual (meeting room experience), Desktop & Printer engineering, surveillance systems, as well as Productivity and collaboration tools (Email, Teams, SharePoint, Onedrive, etc.). What you'll do As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. Document all technical work, products (e.g., code, scripts, processes) according to organizational standards and best practices. Conduct root cause analysis for failures on any service or system maintained by your squad, prescribing detailed action items to mitigate reoccurrence. Ensures the security and availability of services and systems maintained by squad, by prioritizing the closure of open vulnerabilities. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure as well as proactive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment and with others. Administration of Server Systems where applicable: Troubleshooting and accessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows Server Systems. Implement software packaging and deploying software applications, ensuring smooth and efficient rollouts across various environments. Apply a strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies to manage and execute software projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Provide proven experience in end-user support and solutions engineering for both Windows and Mac OS environments, addressing technical issues and ensuring user satisfaction. All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training 1+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing and supporting large-scale solutions in production environments Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training Airline Industry experience Skills, Licenses & Certifications Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) architecture, deployment, and operations Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, ExpressRoute/VPN) Monitoring & troubleshooting (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, DEM tools) Endpoint & policy management (Intune, Group Policy) Automation & IaC (PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, Terraform) Proficiency in scripting, automation, development and developer tools (E.g. Bash, PowerShell, Python, Git/Github, VSCode, C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript,). Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking principles, and security protocols (TLS, SSL). Windows 10/11 multi-session, Image management, scaling, performance optimization FSLogix profile management. Image management, scaling, performance optimization Relevant CompTIA (Network+, Server+, Security+) or Microsoft Certification, a plus. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange. Proficiency in working with Microsoft Graph
API, REST
