BZBee Cleaning Solutions is hiring Cleaning Technicians for our Field Support Team - Evening Shifts Overview BZBee Cleaning Solutions is seeking reliable Cleaning Technicians to join our Field Support Team . This is not a fixed-site position. Instead, you'll be part of a mobile team that supports multiple client locations across the El Paso area. Field Support Technicians are dispatched where they're needed most — whether that's handling detailed or project-based cleaning, providing coverage for absent team members, or tackling special tasks that require a higher level of trust and independence. If you like variety, can work well on your own, and take pride in doing quality work without constant supervision, this role could be a great fit. What You'll Do Perform general cleaning duties (dusting, wiping, trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning) Complete detailed and project-based cleaning that goes beyond standard nightly routines Handle post-construction cleaning and other periodic deep-clean tasks Travel between multiple client sites during your shift as scheduled Provide temporary coverage at client locations when needed Respond to supervisor dispatches and handle assigned tasks independently and professionally Maintain BZBee's standards for quality, safety, and professionalism Communicate clearly with your supervisor throughout the shift What We're Looking For Dependable and consistent with attendance and work habits Comfortable working independently and moving between different locations Strong attention to detail with a steady, professional pace Adaptable when assignments change from night to night Clear communicator who follows direction well Respectful of client sites and takes pride in their work Trustworthy enough to represent the company and complete assignments with minimal supervision This role is ideal for reliable, self-motivated individuals who enjoy variety and working across different locations rather than staying at one permanent site. Requirements Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (required) Evening availability (occasional day or weekend shifts as needed) Ability to bend, lift, climb stairs, and stay active throughout the shift Willingness to drive between multiple locations each shift Pay & Schedule $12.00 per hour (we are open to discussing higher rates for strong candidates with experience) Approximately 30 hours per week Paid drive time between locations Paid training All cleaning supplies and equipment provided Why Join Our Field Support Team?
